Nisbets In The Community: The Montrose Project
Nisbets have been closely involved with the Montrose project, the main focus of which is to create an accessible holiday home for people with physical disabilities and mobility impairment, of all ages.
Initially funded through a large donation from a significant benefactor, this unique holiday home in Labrador, Our Getaway Gold Coast, has since been supported by a number of local businesses donating generously for this worthy cause.

Contribution from Nisbets
The response to this level of charity has been warm and heartfelt, with the Nisbets Express Bundall store quick to get involved. Manager Kevin Read was able to give a moment to express his thoughts on the project."When we heard about this great project and idea on Hot Tomato to help kit out the new Montrose facility, all of us down at Nisbets Express Catering Equipment Bundall store were very keen to see how we could help out. As we provide all kinds of kitchen and dining supplies, we felt being able to contribute some crockery, cutlery and glassware would help them with the catering side of things at the Montrose centre. They do such amazing work, and with this new centre being in our own backyard, all of our staff are really proud to have this association with such an amazing cause and look forward to keeping up with the great work they will be doing here on the Gold Coast."
